Deepfake detection

When your likeness is fabricated.

A voice clone, a faked interview or an AI endorsement can be online and shared before anyone on your team sees it. We find it, document it and act on it across EU markets, using agentic AI that monitors social media around the clock.

The scale of the problem

Agentic AI deepfake detection

We fight automated fakes with automated detection.

Our detection is agentic. AI agents monitor social media for deepfakes and for the agents that produce them, then pass each match to a human reviewer before anything is sent.

  • AI agents that find AI agents

Autonomous agents now generate and post fakes around the clock, spinning up new accounts as old ones are removed. Our own agents work the same way in reverse: they search continuously and do not wait for a report.

  • Hooked into social media

We connect to the platforms where likeness abuse spreads and sweep everything posted, from short video and stories to ads, comments and reposts, for the names, faces and voices of our clients.

  • Fakes and everything around them

Agents that build deepfakes are only part of it. We also catch the surrounding posted content that abuses a client's likeness and IP: fake endorsements, impersonation pages, unlicensed merchandise and reposted footage.

What we look for

Synthetic media spreads fastest in the hours after a match, a tour announcement or a campaign launch. We watch the platforms where it appears and the places where it is sold.

  • AI-generated video and cloned voices presented as you
  • Fake endorsements, sponsorships and product claims
  • Unofficial AI avatars and chatbots built on your likeness
  • Manipulated footage and edited stills used in advertising
  • Synthetic media listed on marketplaces and in ad libraries

Detection and evidence

A screenshot is rarely enough to act on. Every match is captured with its source, timestamp and surrounding context, in a form that can support a platform review, a demand letter or a filing.

  • Targeted sweeps of the markets and languages you appear in
  • Source tracing back to the account, seller or advertiser
  • An evidence record you can hand to a lawyer unchanged

Removal and enforcement

Notices go to the platform, to the seller, and where the use is commercial, to the advertiser paying for it.

  • Notice-and-action requests under the Digital Services Act
  • Escalation to partner law firms in the relevant member state
  • Follow-up where content is re-uploaded under new accounts
  • Coordination with your agent, club or label

Licensed AI likeness, on your terms

The answer is not always no. Where a brand, broadcaster or event wants a synthetic version of you, the agreement comes first: scope, territory, term, approval rights and payment.

The EU position

Transparency is now the baseline.

Under the EU AI Act, deepfakes and other synthetic media must be disclosed as artificially generated or manipulated. Those transparency duties apply from August 2026, alongside national rules on personality and image rights that still differ from one member state to the next.

The Digital Services Act gives rights holders a formal route to have illegal content taken down, and platforms must respond to notices. Both frameworks help. Neither replaces a properly documented claim.

How it works

Three steps, repeated as often as needed.

  1. 01

    Sweep

We map where your name and likeness appear and keep watching as new fakes surface.

  2. 02

    Document

Each match is preserved with its source and context, ready for a platform or a court.

  3. 03

    Act

Notices, escalations and licensed alternatives — decided with you, not in your name alone.
